If you are in need of a rental vehicle while yours is being worked on, you may proceed with renting a vehicle from any major rental company such as Enterprise, Avis, Hertz, etc. Under our contracts you are covered for a rental up to $35 a day for 5 total days. Please note that we only cover a rental car if the issue that you are experiencing with your vehicle is being covered by the contract that you have with us. If it is deemed that the issue is not covered then we, unfortunately do not cover the cost of a rental.
If it has been determined that the issue with your vehicle is being covered by the contract that you have with us, you may then submit your receipt of the rental vehicle to the dealership that is assisting you with the repairs. They will then need to reach out to our claims office and add the receipt to the existing claim and we will then reimburse you for the rental up to $35 a day for a total of 5 days.
