Yes, but the repair facility must call 1-800-540-5404 and select option 2 to speak with our claims office. They must get prior approval before any teardown or repair is started. They will receive an authorization number once approved and our claims representatives will instruct the repair facility on submitting required documentation for reimbursement. The repair facility will be paid directly once the repairs are completed.
